Titus Kahr works as attorney-at-law (“ständiger Substitut”) at E+H. As a member of the Public Law and Public Procurement Law Practice Groups, he regularly advises national and international clients in all areas of public law and also represents them in administrative proceedings as well as in proceedings in front of Austrian civil and administrative courts. He focuses on energy law, trade law, telecommunications law and environmental law (e.g., facility, waste and water laws), as well as on advising on all aspects of public procurement law.
Titus Kahr studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. In the course of his master studies, he studied abroad at the University of Aberdeen, UK. During his studies, he gained valuable experience as an intern at various companies and another prestigious Viennese law firm. He also worked as a student assistant at a renowned tax consulting and auditing firm. Before joining E+H, he was employed in the legal department of a public infrastructure company.
