Dr. Philipp Nidal Karaman practices in the areas of private and public M&A, corporate law, and capital markets. He has been advising on domestic and international transactions for over 15 years.
Before joining E+H, Philipp Nidal Karaman worked for other international law firms in Brussels, London, and Vienna.
He graduated in 2004 as Doctor of Laws at the University of Vienna among the best of his class, and in the same year graduated as Master of Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
