Lucia Holländer is an associate in the Dispute Resolution and White Collar Defense practice groups and is currently completing her court practice at the same time. She focuses on contentious civil proceedings and white-collar investigations and prosecutions.
Lucia Holländer studied law at the University of Vienna and the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. She studied International Relations at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. She also completed the Executive Global Business Law Program at Columbia University (LL.M.) and wrote a dissertation about subsidy fraud and related European legislation.
Prior to joining E+H Rechtsanwälte, Lucia Holländer worked as a teaching and research assistant at the Institute for Austrian and European Economic Criminal Law, Vienna University of Economics and Business, and as an associate at another prestigious dispute resolution law firm in Vienna.
