Karoline Maria Hofmann specializes in advising creditors and debtors in crisis situations and restructurings, and advises on distressed M&A transactions. Furthermore, she brings wide-ranging experience in advising on international financing transactions. Where corporate and financing law intersect, she frequently advises domestic and international clients on transactions in the real estate and hotel industry, as well as in the energy sector.
As part of her education, she spent a semester in New Zealand and interned at the Austrian Economic Delegation in Muscat (Oman). She completed her law studies at the University of Vienna, gaining practical experience in the legal department of an Austrian bank and in another prestigious Viennese corporate law firm.
