Hannah Kercz works as attorney-at-law (“ständige Substitutin”) at E+H. She specialises in all areas of IT law, including e-commerce and data protection law. A particular focus of her work is on all issues relating to artificial intelligence.

Hannah Kercz studied law at the University of Vienna. Before joining E+H, she worked as a lawyer in a well-known commercial law firm in Vienna. She is also the author of specialist publications and a lecturer on various current topics in her area of specialisation.
