Franziska Egger is an attorney-at-law (“ständige Substitutin”) in the Employment Law and Dispute Resolution practice groups.
Franziska Egger studied law at the University of Vienna and completed a semester at the prestigious Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. For her academic success, she was accepted into the High Potential Program at the University of Vienna. During her studies she gained extensive practical experience, including working as a legal assistant in a law firm specializing in data protection law and completing a traineeship at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce’s field center in Washington D.C.
She advises clients on issues of employment, litigation, and data protection law. Her extensive experience also involves providing employment law advice on international transactions.
In addition, Franziska Egger regularly lectures and publishes in the area of employment law.
