With the promotion of Reinhard Jantscher to attorney-at-law (“ständiger Substitut”), E+H pursues its path of success and growth. He will continue to be a dynamic and valuable member of the Graz office and the Public Law practice group.
Dr. Reinhard Jantscher, MJur (Oxford) (34) was promoted to the position of attorney-at-law (“ständiger Substitut”) at E+H’s Graz office on 2 December, 2022. He is a member of the practice groups for Public, Environmental, and Sustainability Law. He started his career at E+H in 2016 and continued to focus on public/regulatory law throughout his time as an associate at E+H. He practices agricultural and environmental law, and the law governing public corporations. He also appears in complex cases before the Constitutional and Administrative Courts.
Reinhard Jantscher completed his law degree and studied accounting for lawyers at the University of Graz as best of his class. Subsequently, he worked for four years as a university assistant at the Institute for Public Law and Political Science at the University of Graz. Most recently, he completed postgraduate studies at Oxford University (Merton College) with a focus on financial market law, legal theory, and European law.
