Wolfgang Köfer works as attorney-at-law (“ständiger Substitut”) at E+H and advises domestic and foreign clients on complex M&A and real estate transactions, infrastructure projects, and all aspects of real estate and corporate law. He focuses on international corporate transactions and the corporate and contractual implementation of complex shareholder structures, especially in industries with a strong affiliation to real estate or technology. He also has extensive experience in advising on rental and lease law issues relating to commercial real estate.
Wolfgang Köfer studied law at the University of Graz and is a graduate of the university course “Accounting for Lawyers.”
During his studies, he gained valuable experience through numerous internships in Austria and abroad, including in another prestigious Viennese corporate law firm, as a trainee in the Austrian Foreign Trade Center Istanbul, and as a legal trainee at E+H. Wolfgang Köfer is also active as a speaker on corporate and real estate law.
