Dr. Philipp Schrader advises on corporate + M&A, banking + finance, and capital markets law, including regulatory issues. He has extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures, and syndicates, and regularly advises on transactions involving regulated industries. He also advises companies and financial institutions on regulatory matters and financing transactions.

Philipp Schrader studied law at the University of Vienna and the University of Stockholm. Before joining E+H, he worked in other distinguished law firms and two credit institutions in treasury and debt/equity capital markets in Vienna.
