E+H appoints new partner from its own ranks

E+H is pleased to announce that Arndt Blaschka has been appointed as a new partner of the firm with immediate effect. Arndt Blaschka previously worked as a lawyer and permanent substitute at E+H and has proven himself as an expert in his areas of specialization over the past years. His appointment marks a significant step in his career and will help to further strengthen his role within the firm.

Arndt Blaschka has extensive experience in advising on real estate and property transactions as well as real estate development, public-private partnership and infrastructure projects. In addition, he regularly works in the areas of restructuring and M&A, where he impresses with his expertise and strategic approach.

He began his academic career by studying law at the University of Graz. During this time, he gained valuable practical experience as a legal trainee at E+H’s Graz office. In addition to his law studies, he completed a degree in real estate management and valuation at the Vienna University of Technology, which further deepened his expertise in real estate law.
