E+H advised one of the lead investors, HV Capital, on the Series B financing round of a Linz company for content management systems (CMS). Together with the second lead investor Mubadala Capital, a total of $47 million was invested in the Series B financing round.
The investment is intended to help the company bring the new version of its CMS to market faster. This major step is a result of the dynamic developments of the last few years, during which the company not only expanded its team to over 170 employees in 38 countries, but also recorded over 120,000 successfully implemented CMS projects. Among its users are Adidas, Renault, and Marc O’Polo.
