Lea Anna Ranftl is an associate in the Employment Law practice group.

Lea Ranftl studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a focus on labor and private law. As part of her master’s degree, she spent a semester abroad at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

Before joining E+H as an associate, Lea Ranftl gained many years of valuable professional experience as a legal trainee at the Vienna office of a renowned foreign commercial law firm and as a legal trainee at E+H. In addition, she completed several internships in the areas of labor law and white-collar criminal law.
