Sabine Prossinger is a partner and member of the dispute resolution practice group. As an experienced litigator, she advises and represents clients in complex civil proceedings with an international context. One of her main areas of expertise is class actions and mass proceedings.
She has worked extensively on disputes in energy, corporate, insurance, and insolvency law. In addition to regularly lecturing on civil and procedural law issues, she has also published on these topics.
Sabine Prossinger studied law at the University of Vienna (Dr. iur.) and was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2008. After working for several years in a Viennese law firm specializing in insolvency proceedings, she worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the area of dispute resolution from 2007 to 2024.
