With the promotion of Helena Neuner to attorney-at-law, E+H is continuing on its path of success and growth! This advancement will infuse the Vienna office, and the Real Estate and Corporate + M&A practice groups, with energetic top support.
Helena Neuner (29) began her career at E+H in 2018, and completed her entire tenure as an associate at the firm’s Vienna office. On 12 October 2022 she was appointed to the position of independent lawyer and substitute, where she will continue to practice in Real Estate and Corporate + M&A. She advises on domestic and international real estate and M&A transactions, with a special focus on the hotel and leisure sector. Helena has consulted both owners and operators on leases, rentals, management, and hybrid agreements in the hotel industry. She handles real estate projects throughout their entire life cycle, from planning and execution to purchase/sale. She also regularly advises Austrian and foreign clients on joint venture structures and the associated corporate law issues.
