Thomas Krach primarily advises on matters of civil and corporate law, civil procedure and arbitration, insolvency and enforcement, and antitrust law. He has particular expertise in the area of private enforcement.
Thomas Krach studied law at the University of Vienna and worked there as a research assistant at the Institute for Civil Law of the Faculty of Law. For his superior academic performance, he was accepted into the High Potential Program of the University of Vienna.
Thomas Krach lectures on the law of leases, and regularly supervises teams of students in moot court.
