Johannes Feilmair has extensive expertise and experience in advising domestic and international clients in the areas of complex M&A and real estate transactions, as well as infrastructure and energy projects, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure. In real estate law, he places a special emphasis on joint ventures in urban development. Additionally, he possesses specific know-how in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, representing private equity investors and biotech companies for many years.
He studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he was awarded merit-based scholarships for his academic achievements and was included in the Rector’s List of top students. Before joining E+H, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and gained further experience at a renowned commercial law firm in Vienna. Moreover, he is active as an author and sought-after speaker on corporate and real estate law and is an expert in digital infrastructure.
