Matthias Pallisch is an attorney-at-law (“ständiger Substitut”) in the Corporate + M&A and Real Estate practice groups. His practice focuses on corporate and real estate law, particularly advising on M&A and real estate transactions, infrastructure project developments, and renewable energy projects.

Matthias Pallisch studied law at the University of Vienna and was accepted into the university’s High Potential Program based on his academic achievements. He passed the bar exam with honors.

During his studies, he gained hands-on experience in the legal department of the Vienna Economic Chamber and as a legal intern at a Vienna law firm. Furthermore, before joining E+H as an attorney-at-law, he had already worked at E+H as a legal intern, legal trainee, and associate.
